Daily Red Pokemon
Beat Red with today's six.
A free daily Pokemon battle, like Wordle. Same six level 100 Pokemon for everyone. Only one battle a day counts, then share your grid. Battles run on Pokemon Showdown's simulator with Gen 3 rules.
Choose your daily lead before you battle. Each practice run shuffles today's same six Pokemon and starts with the first one. Practice never counts.
Practice runs are not saved. Leaving or refreshing starts a new run.
Same for everyone
Today's Daily Red team
Six random level 100 Pokemon from Generations 1–3, the same for every player today. Pick your daily lead before starting the battle. Practice runs reshuffle these same six Pokemon.

Quick start
How to play Daily Red
- 01
Get today's team.
At midnight in your time zone, a new team of six level 100 Pokemon from Generations 1–3 unlocks. Every player gets the same six.
- 02
Battle Red.
Each turn, pick a move or switch Pokemon, just like a Game Boy Advance battle. Red's team and tactics stay the same every day.
- 03
Share your grid.
Only one battle a day counts toward your record. If you leave mid-battle, it waits for you. Play each day to keep your day streak going. Wins build your win streak.

How to beat Red
Choose your lead before you start.
Red always opens with Pikachu, and a Ground-type Pokemon takes no damage from its Electric moves.
Hit Charizard with Rock moves.
Fire and Flying are both weak to Rock, so Rock Slide does four times the damage.
Use physical attacks on Snorlax.
It has huge HP and Special Defense but much lower Defense. Fighting moves are super effective.
Answer Espeon with Dark, Ghost or Bug moves.
It is fast and hits hard with Psychic.
Switch to save a Pokemon.
Switching costs your turn, but it can keep a key attacker alive for later.
